1.Overview

At INTREP-IT SOLUTIONS LTD. and its U.S. affiliate INTREP-IT SOLUTIONS LLC (3105 NW 107th Ave, Suite 108, Doral, FL 33178) (together, the "Company", "we" or "us"), we use our website and other internet-based tools for the following purpose:

The overall purpose of the website can be described as follows:

IntrepIT is a managed IT and cybersecurity services company based in Calgary, Alberta, serving businesses across Canada and the United States. The website markets and sells outsourced IT department services — primarily targeting law and accounting firms as well as other growing businesses — by offering four core service pillars:

  1. Managed IT Services — Help desk, infrastructure management, 24/7 monitoring, backups, and hardware lifecycle management.
  2. Cybersecurity — AI-driven threat detection (MDR), ransomware protection, Email Security and Anti-Phishing, dark web monitoring, and simulated phishing training.
  3. IT Consulting — Cloud migrations, network design, security hardening, and disaster recovery planning.
  4. vCIO Services — Executive-level technology strategy, IT budgeting, compliance guidance, and technology roadmapping at a fraction of the cost of a full-time CIO.

The site's main call to action is booking a Free AI, IT & Cybersecurity Review lasting 45 to 60 minutes, which positions the service as consultative and low-pressure. Pricing is structured in three flat-fee monthly tiers (Core, Advanced, and Complete), and the overall messaging emphasizes that businesses can get a full-scale IT department "without the overhead" — allowing them to focus on running their business rather than managing infrastructure.
